At Budden Law we don't overcomplicate things; we simplify the legal process. We assist our clients with easy to follow advice and a range of solutions, with a focus on negotiation and out of court resolution where possible.   

Our clients get the greatest value from our legal guidance; identifying issues, discussing pending legal matters, prioritising their needs for their specific situation from start to resolution. We help our clients pinpoint legal issues before they become a problem so they can be proactive and in control of their matter.  

We build an ongoing relationship with our clients and we are there for exactly when they need us.  

We are very mindful of the concern people have in relation to lawyer fees.  With this in mind we we keep all pricing, time estimates, file progress and communication out in the open.

We are enthusiastic advocates of the law with more than 32 years legal experience between us. We are both admitted to the Supreme Court of South Australia and High Court of Australia and hold memberships with the Law Society of South Australia. 

We enjoy running our general law practice and being able to service all of our clients' legal needs. Our knowledge, character and honesty is highly valued by our clients.

We also love being part of the Gawler community. Leon is a member of the Gawler Apex Club, the organising committee for the annual Gawler Carols and Australia Day Breakfast.
